For a long time, I had braces and was therefore constantly tense. Ms. Apfler was always able to "straighten me out" and bring about the necessary adjustments in my body. Sometimes I arrived in really bad shape, and by the time I left, I felt much better. Each treatment begins with a consultation. Ms. Apfler takes her time and listens carefully. She explains everything, and I often receive helpful exercises. Even when I developed shoulder pain from swimming, she had excellent tips and exercises. I think osteopathy is generally fantastic, and Ms. Apfler is particularly wonderful. Thank you to the Gesundheitswerk!
